The recipient of international orders will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier-related fees.

These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Ambar product you can return it to us within 14 days. The product needs to be unused with the original labels and swing tags attached.

We are not responsible for any lost returns nor liable for any duties/customs charges incurred when returning an item.

We reserve the right to refuse damaged goods, and any items returned outside of the stipulated time frame.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
