Current shipping information & strike updates

Please bear in mind that there are ongoing planned Royal Mail strikes throughout November and early December so delays are expected.
Here are the current dates and which area is on strike:

14th November - Network

15th November - Processing

16th November - Delivery

23rd November - Network

24th November - Processing

25th November - Delivery

28th November - Full 

30th November - Network

1st December - Processing

2nd December - Delivery

If you select EXPRESS shipping at checkout, we will dispatch your order via another postal company but please be aware delays may still occur.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Ambar product you can return it to us within 14 days. The product needs to be unused with the original labels and swing tags attached.

We are not responsible for any lost returns nor liable for any duties/customs charges incurred when returning an item.

We reserve the right to refuse damaged goods, and any items returned outside of the stipulated time frame.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
